You might be asking yourself how much Pitch.com costs, and which plan you should actually pay for.
Those are great questions.
As for what Pitch is, you probably already know this if you’re reading this page, but Pitch is a modern presentation platform built for creating, sharing, and collaborating on presentations. You can use it for free, but the paid plans add things like custom fonts, unbranded exports, PowerPoint exports, advanced presentation links, analytics, custom domains, more collaboration options, and other features aimed at people who use presentations for actual work.

The good news is that Pitch.com pricing starts at $0.00, and the paid plans aren’t horribly complicated once you strip away the giant feature comparison charts that you’ll find on Pitch’s website.
That’s why we made this page…so that it will make your decision easier.
Here are the current U.S. prices:
| Pitch Plan | Monthly Billing | Yearly Billing* | Best For |
| Free | $0.00 | $0.00 | Casual users and testing Pitch |
| Plus | $15.00/month | $13.00/month | Solo professionals (like Run The Prompts) |
| Team | $23.00/seat/month | $19.00/seat/month | Small teams |
| Business | $30.00/seat/month | $25.00/seat/month | Larger and presentation-heavy teams and agencies |
| Enterprise | Contact Pitch | Contact Pitch | Large organizations or corporations |
*The yearly prices above are the monthly equivalents Pitch displays when you choose annual billing. Pitch says yearly subscriptions save 17%, although the displayed Plus pricing doesn’t work out to exactly 17% based on the rounded numbers shown on the pricing page. Prices also exclude applicable sales taxes such as VAT.
And before we get into the details, there’s a better affiliate deal available for Run The Prompts readers: Get 30% off Pitch for six months just by using our special discount link.
Now let’s figure out which plan is actually worth your money.
Pitch Free Plan: $0.00
Pitch’s Free plan is more useful than I expected.
It costs absolutely nothing and supports up to five workspace members. You can create unlimited presentations and custom templates, and you also get unlimited branded sharing links and branded PDF exports.
The catch is the word branded.
Your exported PDFs and shared presentations include Pitch branding. That’s perfectly fine if you’re experimenting, creating something for yourself, or trying to determine whether you even like the platform.
It becomes much less ideal when you’re sending a sales deck to a prospect or presenting something to a paying client.
The Free plan currently includes:
- Up to 5 workspace members
- Unlimited presentations
- Custom templates
- 100 one-time AI credits
- Branded sharing links
- Branded PDF exports
- 2 external guests
The 100 AI credits are a one-time allocation and don’t renew after you use them.
Pitch says the Free plan is available forever, so this isn’t one of those “free” plans that mysteriously develops a credit card requirement seven days later.
Who should choose it?
Anyone new to Pitch.
Even if you’re already considering a paid subscription, I’d create a free account first, build a real presentation, and see how you like working in it. You can always upgrade afterward.
Pitch Plus Pricing: $15.00/Month
Pitch Plus costs $15.00/month with monthly billing, or Pitch currently displays $13.00/month when billed yearly. Unlike the Free plan, Plus is specifically designed for individual users and only supports one workspace member.
This is the plan where Pitch starts feeling more professional.
You get everything in Free, plus:
- Pitch branding removed
- PowerPoint exports
- Custom fonts
- Video uploads
- 5 external guests
- Additional recurring AI usage
Removing Pitch branding is probably one of the biggest reasons to upgrade. It would be for me.
If you create client decks, sales presentations, proposals, investor presentations, or other professional material, you probably don’t want another company’s logo hanging around on your exports.
Plus also lets you export presentations as PowerPoint .pptx files without added Pitch branding.
Who should choose Plus?
Freelancers, consultants, solo entrepreneurs, marketers, designers, salespeople, and pretty much anyone who works alone but wants to use Pitch professionally.
For an individual user, Plus is the plan I’d choose.
You aren’t paying for a bunch of team features you’ll never touch, but you remove the biggest limitations of Free.
Get Pitch Plus for 30% Off
If you plan to upgrade, don’t immediately pay the normal price.
Use my Pitch.com promo link to get 30% off your subscription for six months with monthly billing.
At the current $15.00 monthly Plus price, a straight 30% discount would bring that down to $10.50/month during the six-month promotional period, before applicable taxes. That’s a great deal.
If you choose an annual subscription, Pitch’s affiliate program gives referred customers 15% off for 12 months instead.
That’s a pretty substantial discount if you were planning to pay for Pitch anyway.
Pitch Team Pricing: $23.00 Per Seat/Month
The Team plan costs $23.00 per seat/month when paying monthly, or Pitch currently displays $19.00 per seat/month with yearly billing.
Team supports up to 25 members.
This is where the Pitch.com cost starts increasing, but so does the usefulness for actual organizations.
Team includes everything from Plus and adds:
- Up to 25 external guests
- 25 advanced links
- 2 shared Pitch rooms
- 3 teamspaces
- Custom domain
- Interactive embeds
- Co-presenting
- Content variables
- Workspace roles
- 30-day version history
The advanced links are particularly interesting.
They let you see information such as presentation visits, slide views, and how much time viewers spend on individual slides. They can also provide more control over how presentations are shared.
That could be genuinely useful if you work in sales.
Instead of emailing your presentation to a prospect and praying to the PDF gods, you can get actual information about whether people viewed it and what they looked at.
Pitch rooms take things further by letting you share presentations and other resources through one location and analyze how people engage with the content.
Who should choose Team?
Startups, agencies, sales teams, marketing departments, and other small businesses where multiple people regularly work on presentations.
For most companies with a handful of Pitch users, Team is probably the sweet spot.
Pitch Business Pricing: $30.00 Per Seat/Month
Business costs $30.00 per seat/month with monthly billing, or Pitch displays $25.00 per seat/month when billed yearly.
Workspaces can contain up to 200 members.
You get everything in Team, but many of Team’s limits disappear.
Business includes:
- Unlimited external guests
- Unlimited advanced links
- Unlimited shared Pitch rooms
- Unlimited teamspaces
- Unlimited version history
- Batch presentation creation
- Asset library collections
This plan makes more sense if presentations are a major part of how your company sells, markets, communicates, or works with clients.
The difference between 25 advanced links and unlimited advanced links, for example, probably means very little to a five-person startup that sends a couple of presentations every month.
For a sales organization sending decks constantly?
Very different story.
Business also removes the 30-day version history limitation and provides unlimited version history.
Who should choose Business?
Larger sales teams, agencies with lots of clients, growing organizations, and companies that regularly send and track large numbers of presentations.
For most individual users and smaller teams, it’s probably overkill.
Pitch Enterprise Pricing
Pitch doesn’t publish a fixed Enterprise price.
Enterprise is designed for larger organizations with custom requirements. It’s available starting at 30 seats and doesn’t have the 200-member workspace limit found on Business.
It includes everything in Business plus features such as:
- SAML-based SSO
- SCIM provisioning
- Dedicated success manager
- Tailored onboarding and training
- Invoiced billing
- Priority support
At this point, we’re clearly not talking about Bob creating a quarterly marketing presentation from his apartment.
This is enterprise IT territory.
If your organization needs these features, you’ll have to contact Pitch directly for pricing.
How Pitch Billing Works
There is one important detail when calculating the actual Pitch.com cost for a team.
On paid plans, Pitch charges for workspace members who occupy paid editing seats, including owners, admins, and creators. Commenters and external guests don’t take up paid seats.
Let’s say 15 people need access to your workspace, but only six actually need to create and edit presentations. Depending on how you structure the roles, you may not necessarily need 15 paid editing seats.
Pitch also says subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the monthly or yearly billing cycle. If you cancel, you keep access through the current billing period and then revert to Free.
Pitch currently has a fair-usage storage policy of 10GB total for Free workspaces and 10GB per member on premium plans.
Monthly vs. Yearly Pitch.com Pricing
If you’re already committed to using Pitch, yearly billing is cheaper than paying month-to-month.
Pitch currently displays these differences:
- Plus: $15.00 monthly vs. $13.00 monthly equivalent with annual billing
- Team: $23.00 vs. $19.00
- Business: $30.00 vs. $25.00
Pitch advertises annual subscriptions as saving 17%.
But I wouldn’t sign up annually on day one just because there’s a discount.
Start with Free. Make a presentation. Share it. Export something. See whether you enjoy using Pitch.
Then start throwing money at them.
If you do decide to upgrade, there is another variable to consider:
Pitch confirms both promotional terms on its official affiliate page.
Which Pitch.com Pricing Plan Is Best?
Here’s my simple breakdown.
Choose Free if you’re new to Pitch, occasionally make presentations, or don’t care about Pitch branding.
Choose Plus if you’re an individual professional. This is probably the best value for freelancers, consultants, entrepreneurs, and solo creators.
Choose Team if multiple people need to create presentations and you want collaboration, advanced sharing links, presentation engagement data, custom domains, and better workspace organization.
Choose Business if your company depends heavily on presentations and you’re starting to bump into Team’s limits.
Choose Enterprise if your IT department is asking about SSO, SCIM, onboarding, invoicing, and the other acronyms that make normal people quietly leave the meeting.
For most Run The Prompts readers working individually, I’d start with Free and then upgrade to Plus if Pitch becomes part of your regular workflow.
For smaller businesses, Team looks like the strongest middle ground.
Is Pitch Worth the Price?
I think so, for the right user.
If you make two presentations a year, probably not. Use the Free mode.
But if presentations are tied to client work, sales, proposals, fundraising, reporting, or marketing, $15.00/month for an individual professional isn’t unreasonable.
The higher plans become easier to justify when multiple people collaborate on decks or when features like advanced links and presentation engagement analytics can actually help your company win business.
A prettier presentation is nice.
Knowing whether the person you’re trying to sell to actually opened the damn thing is nicer.
Wrapping It Up
Pitch.com pricing currently ranges from $0.00 for Free to $30.00 per seat/month for the Business plan, with custom pricing available for Enterprise. Plus costs $15.00/month and Team costs $23.00 per seat/month at the standard U.S. monthly rates. Annual billing lowers the displayed monthly equivalents.
My recommendation is straightforward.
Try Free first.
If you’re working alone and want professional presentations without Pitch branding, Plus is probably your best bet. If you’re working with a small team and want the collaboration, analytics, advanced links, and sharing features, I’d look closely at Team.
And if you’re going to buy a paid plan anyway, you might as well knock something off the bill.
