Today, we’re going to talk about an affiliate AI smut writer called AIWriter.AI.
This AI tool surprised me. Or maybe I’m just addicted to testing them. Smut is just scraping the surface of what this tool can generate. It can do much more. But today, we’re only going to cover that one use case.
Anyway, I recently received access to AIWriter.AI’s Gold plan, and I wanted to see if I could get it to write some good old-fashioned smut. Not because I’m all that interested in reading smut myself, but because I was curious about how well AI could write it.
Could I create believable characters? How about getting the writing to sound human and not like AI slop smut (yes, you heard that term here first)? Could I control the story without having to rewrite half of it myself? And would the tool basically let me write whatever I wanted?
Let’s find out. Let’s party.
What Is AIWriter.AI?
AIWriter.AI is an AI writing tool that can generate stories, novels, poetry, and other types of written content.
For this article, we’re interested in one particular feature: Unfiltered Writer.
As the name suggests, this feature allows you to generate uncensored adult fiction, including smut, without constantly running into the restrictions you might encounter with mainstream AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
You can create your own characters, put them into fictional worlds, and tell the AI what you want to happen in the story.
Imagine having an entire library of adult stories written specifically for you, featuring whatever characters, settings, and scenarios you happen to enjoy.
Of course, none of this matters if the writing sucks. Does it? We’ll get to that later.
How to Use AIWriter to Write Smut
For my experiment, I created two fictional characters, built a shitty small town in Minnesota, and used a custom prompt to generate a story.
Here’s the process.
Step 1: Create Your Adult Characters
This step is optional and requires a paid account, but if you have one, I recommend doing it.
First, I went to the Characters panel and created two adult characters: Cynthia and Alejandra.
I gave the AI descriptions of their appearances, ages, personalities, and other details that I wanted it to remember. Here is one of them.

The last thing you want is a character who’s supposed to be shy and reserved suddenly acting like a drunken professional wrestler halfway through your novel.
Once you’ve created your characters, you can save them and use them in different stories.
Step 2: Create Your World
This step is also optional and requires a paid account, but if you have one, I also recommend doing it.
I called it Shit Town, USA, a fictional small town in Minnesota.
I described the town, its surroundings, what the people were like, what they did for fun, and some of the good and bad things about living there.

The idea was to give the AI a specific setting to work with instead of having it invent everything on the spot.
Personally, I think they should’ve called this feature Locations instead of Worlds. But I suppose if you’re writing science fiction or fantasy, Worlds makes more sense.
You can create multiple worlds, reuse them, and include whichever characters you want in each one, depending on your subscription.
A few sentences might be enough for a simple story, while an entire fictional universe would obviously require more work.
Step 3: Open the Unfiltered Writer
With my characters and world ready, I went to Generators → Unfiltered Writer.

I selected Deep Writer V2, which I recommend over Skilled Writer V1. Based on my testing, Deep Writer produced better, more intelligent writing.

You’ll also have the option to generate an entire story or work through it paragraph by paragraph.
I went with the paragraph option.
I wanted to see how much control I could have over the story as it developed, and I didn’t want the AI writing 15 pages of nonsense before I could intervene.
Step 4: Use My Starter AI Smut Writing Prompt
Here’s the prompt I used:
Write an adults-only story using the two attached adult characters and the attached world.
The two characters meet for the first time at a crowded party on a summer afternoon. Both have been drinking and are feeling adventurous. They are dressed for the party, and the atmosphere is lively, hot, and a little chaotic.
Give them a specific reason to notice each other and start talking. If the story becomes sexual, make sure both characters are sober enough to give clear, willing consent.
Write in a candid, observant style with sharp details about the people and social dynamics around them. Use Neil Strauss's writing style as your main inspiration.
Avoid clichés, repetitive descriptions, generic dialogue, and long explanations of what the characters are feeling. Do not write like an AI. Write like a human. Show their feelings through what they say and do.
I chose Neil Strauss because I like his writing style, particularly the way he describes people and social situations.
The writing actually reminded me of Strauss in certain ways, which I wasn’t necessarily expecting.
Change the setting, characters, writing style, or whatever else you want.
Also, if you created any characters or a world in the previous steps, be sure to go back into those panels and select the ones you want.
Step 5: Generate Your First Scene
Side note: You don’t need to create characters or worlds to use the Unfiltered Writer. You can simply enter a prompt and start generating.
With everything selected, I clicked Write.
The dialogue was believable, the descriptions weren’t overly dramatic, and the writing didn’t scream AI.
Step 6: Continue Writing Your Story
I kept the paragraph option selected and entered additional instructions describing what I wanted to happen next. If you’re braindead or lazy, you can even select one of the AI’s suggestions to keep your story going without needing to think much. An example is below.

You can introduce new characters, change the setting, create an unexpected situation, or take the story in an entirely different direction.
Step 7: Rewrite or Expand Your Story With a Click
You can highlight a sentence or paragraph and choose Rewrite or Expand.

For example, if a conversation sounds unnatural, highlight it and have the AI rewrite it. If a particular scene needs more detail, expand it.
Fortunately, you never have to regenerate an entire story because one paragraph sucks.
I tested both features multiple times, and they worked well.
You can also manually edit the writing, which I’d recommend if you’re planning to publish anything in any kind of semi-professional way.
Step 8: Export Your Finished Smutty Story
Once you’re happy with your smut, you can export it into several different file formats.
One of those formats is EPUB, which is commonly used for ebooks.

How Good Is AIWriter.AI at Writing Smut?
The writing sounded natural, the interface was easy to understand, and the editing features worked as intended.
I also liked being able to control the story paragraph by paragraph.
I also didn’t encounter any bugs or technical problems.
My biggest complaint is that the free plan is fairly limited, especially if you want to write long stories.
And I should mention that this is the first dedicated AI smut writer I’ve tested. So, I’m not going to pretend I’ve compared it against every similar tool on the market, but this one works well.
AIWriter.AI Pricing: Free vs. Plus vs. Gold
AIWriter currently offers three subscription options: Free, Plus, and Gold.
| Feature | Free | Plus | Gold |
| Monthly price | $0.00 | $8.49 | $14.49 |
| Deep Writer V2 generations | 10/month | 5,000/month | Unlimited* |
| Story continuation | No | Yes | Yes |
| Story length | About 2,000 words | Unlimited via continuation | Unlimited via continuation |
| Saved characters and worlds | No | 2 | Unlimited |
| Unrestricted content | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Ads | Possible | No | No |
Gold’s unlimited generations are subject to fair-use restrictions. Prices and features may change.
For reference, 2,000 words is only a little longer than your average blog post. You’re not exactly going to write the next great American erotic novel with that.
Personally, I’d recommend Plus for most people.
You get access to characters, worlds, longer stories, and the editing features that make the software worthwhile.
If you’re a serious writer, aspiring author, or someone who plans to generate a ton of content, I’d consider Gold.
Also, if you choose an annual subscription, you can effectively get two months free compared with paying monthly.
Always double-check the tool’s official pricing page for the most up-to-date prices and details.
Can You Sell AI-Generated Smut Stories?
Most likely.
According to AIWriter.AI’s terms of service, content generated through the platform can be used for personal and commercial purposes under a non-exclusive license, subject to its terms.
So, theoretically, you could create an adult novel and sell it through Amazon or another ebook marketplace.
First, copyright laws surrounding AI-generated material can get complicated. Second, different publishing platforms have their own rules about AI-generated content and adult material.
And third, laws vary depending on where you live.
I’m not a lawyer. Talk to one before attempting to commercialize your AI-generated writing.
If you’re planning to sell AI-generated stories, you better make them damn good.
Seriously.
Don’t just generate 40,000 words, export the file, slap a slop cover on it, and start selling it.
Edit the writing. Improve the characters. Make the dialogue believable. Give people something that they will actually want to read.
Because AI smut slop is still AI slop, and the world doesn’t need another 10,000 poorly written ebooks flooding Amazon.
Do your dirtiest.
Is AIWriter.AI Private?
According to the tool’s privacy policy at the time of this writing, the company doesn’t sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
It also says that customer writing isn’t used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models.
Also, the company states that data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
All good things.
However, keep in mind that AIWriter.AI processes prompts through third-party AI providers, and some prompt information may be retained temporarily. Its policy describes retaining certain prompt excerpts and, in some cases, full prompts for up to 90 days.
So, while the privacy policy contains some encouraging statements, don’t assume everything you type is completely invisible to everyone involved in processing it.
Also, you must be at least 18 years old to use AIWriter.AI, or older if the age of majority is higher where you live.

Wrapping It Up
I went into this experiment wondering whether an AI smut writer could produce something that sounded like a real human wrote it.
And after spending some time with AIWriter.AI, I’d say the answer is yes.
Of course, the results depend on your instructions, the characters you create, and how much effort you’re willing to put into editing.
If you’re interested in creating your own adult fiction, I’d recommend giving the free version a try. If you like it, Plus is probably all you’ll need. Gold is worth considering if you plan to write frequently or publish longer stories.
